Thank you for reading this letter. This letter will give you some kind of an idea about Kulal.com and its functioning
First of all I wish to inform you that Kulal.com does not belong to any particular Sangha or Organisation. My main intension is to make Kulal.com as focal point for information exchange for the people of the community on the internet. A platform where all the sanghas can come together and publish Articles, Donation requests and Sangha News, so that community people who are settled all round the globe have a chance to know what is happening where. Kulal.com is equipped with an Address book, Matrimonial section, Discussion Board, Bulletin board etc. All these help in people getting together.
If you see that your sangha is not listed in the "Who is Who" section and you have not received a formal letter from Kulal.com. Then here below is a list of details I would require at the moment from your community office. You may send these details as soon as possible via Post (address mentioned above) or via E-mail to webmaster@kulal.com
Full name and address of the sangha.
Names of people in office who hold current positions such as President, vice President, Treasurer etc.
Your contact Email ID if available.
If your sangha wants to start publishing articles on the news section, then you have to send me a fully drafted copy of your news item via Email only, and I will put it up on Kulal.com within 24 hrs. as and how it was delivered to me. So please make sure you have got all the spellings and punctuation correct.
There are a few things what the respective sanghas can do to help development of this Website.
Inform about Kulal.com to the people in the community in meetings/gatherings.
Always include Kulal.com on all your publications, placed just below the sangha office address.
Enter names and addresses of people who are not familiar with the Internet, in the address book.
Arrange for small programs from time to time to teach kulals how to operate and utilize the site effectively.
This site is absolutely free. There will be no charge to anybody what so ever. I’m just doing my part in helping the community by developing and maintaining www.Kulal.com. It has taken a lot of time, money and effort from my side doing it. So please use all the facilities provided wisely and benefit from it.

Calling Web Page Designers
There is continuous development going on to improve the site. Database Backups are taken once in three days. Pages updated, New ideas and designs in the structure of the site tried out and tested, development of better / secured databases etc.
A lot of work is involved here..... and I sure could use a helping hand.
