Everything
you read and see in this web site is the result of my experience. I take no
responsibility for anyone damaging themselves with their 'Perception' of what I
am trying to say. This is my opinion and if I can help you formulate a healthy
and knowledgeable way of life, I am achieving my goal.
My mission statement is:
Educate,
Motivate and Simplify. This is for Bodybuilders from the Professional to the
Ordinary man and woman in the street.
Who am I?
My name
is Steve. I have been passionate about sport all my life. Of all the sports I
have participated in, the most interesting and the most technical as well as
the most difficult, is Bodybuilding.
I have owned my own gym
and trained people across the board. This includes International Athletes from
various sport disciplines as well as bodybuilders. I have also trained the
ordinary man and woman, just like most of us that just want to improve
themselves, be healthy and have a full life.
I
have weight trained myself and others for 29 years. I read everything I could
get my hands on and have tried any system or technique that seemed to make
sense. Over the years, I found what worked and what did not.
It takes many years to
develop a philosophy of training and to learn to discount the jargon and
general hype and junk that is prevalent in this sport and to recognise the true
gems from those few great individuals in this field. I believe that all of us
learn from each other and that no man can take credit for 'Inventing' a system
or technique. This does not happen in isolation. Hundreds of bodybuilders in
the past had their hand in any development that occurs today.
The systems and
techniques I talk about might seem 'radical' and 'wrong' to some of you. All I
can say is, I have tried each one of these and when they have worked, I have
passed this knowledge on to people I have trained and fine-tuned it over the
years.
This then is the
information I present to you. Keep an open mind.
You be the Judge.
As this web site
develops, I would appreciate feedback from you so that I can put the type of
content in that you would find interesting and develop the site for you.
Yours Sincerely
Steve
