It was the first time we celebrated St.Valentine's Day at the "Caru' cu bere" restaurant in Romania.

Keziah: I hope that God can use all my ceremonies in my life; for example, birthday parties, wedding, etc. I feel that God is so good to me, anytime when I was in difficulties and troubles, sometimes I was just self-centered and did things which were for myself, but God never gave me up and He helped me though I was away from His will in past. So, I really hope that I can respond His love which He gave and gives in my life. I was thinking how I could respond my great God, then I prayed, I thought about my family. Most of them are NOT believers and they were against God. When I thought of them, my tears fell down. On the other hand, I thought that only wedding ceremonies and funerals can gather them together, so I think it is a good time for me to respond God.

When I checked the restaurants which I wanted to book for my banquet, I found out something. In Chinese customs, the Dragon symbolised good and lucky things. But, when I studied more, I found that the Dragon decoration, which was hanged in the hall of Chinese restaurants, was related to Fung Shui, it means if the staff moves that decoration, then it will affect the prospect and fortune of that restaurant. I was thinking what Jesus would think, if He chose a restaurant for His banquet. Then, I am sure that He would have two options: either he would get rid of this decoration or He would find another place to hold His banquet.

In my mind, I thought that God was a gentle God this time, because these are still Years of Grace, He would not get rid of this thing which is not in His time. Then, I chose not to book those restaurants for holding my banquet. When I decided that, there were many things I had to consider, it was like a great challenge in front of me. If I choose not to book those restaurants, then I will need to pay more for the banquet. Also, there were few restaurants and places for the banquet which had no Dragon decorations. At that time, I prayed that God could impress me which place I should choose. I have collected information since 2000 till now, I just found a place which did not have this decoration, and had a stage for the band with good IT equipment and good enviroment. It is the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Center (HKCEC).

Therefore, I checked the details about HKCEC. WOW!!! That was what I shouted when I knew the price of the tables: when I need to book 20 tables, I have to pay about 190000 Hong Kong dollars (US$24359). Though I liked this place very much, especially after I visited its mock-up center in 2000, I still did not think that I could choose it. So, I just put what I wanted in my heart and prayed to God: if You really need me to book this place, then please open the way for the poor.
